• The Dallas Stars acquired Mikael Granlund and Cody Ceci from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a 2025 first round pick and a conditional 2025 third round pick.
• J.T. Miller had two goals in his debut for the Rangers after being traded Friday night but was upstaged by David Pastrnak’s hat trick. The Bruins defeated the Rangers 6-3.
• The Islanders remain hot and defeated the Lightning in overtime 3-2 — their seventh straight victory. Newcomers Tony DeAngelo and Adam Boqvist scored in the win.
