Some big shocks in Q1
Well, the rain played a part - as did the red flag. But Mercedes and Russell made a mistake there, just setting his last lap time a bit too early. That being said, he shouldn't have been in that lowly position either - his early pre-red flag laps just not good enough.
It sounds like the car wasn't fuelled to the end of Q1, so he had to abandon his final flying lap.
